With my new AR and also my single shot 300 Blackout I have one more 308 than I'll use, so I'll offer them up for sale with the intention of keeping the one that doesn't sell first. I love both rifle so I don't care which sells.

I ordered both of these brand new from Dan's Guns here in my town. I have shot just about exactly one box of factory ammo through each to sight them in for deer season last fall. Then between work and the kids I never even hardly got out to hunt.........

Both rifles are in brand spankin' new condition. I have the box and paperwork for both.

First up is a Thompson Center Venture Compact. It is synthetic and blue. These have 20" barrels with 5R rifling. The triggers are adjustable, and the trigger in this rifle is very nice right out of the box. Scope ring mounts are machined right into the receivers on these. They come with an insert you can use to make the LOP longer. I shoot it with the insert in, even thought I bought the rifle to hunt in the timber with. These come with really nice recoil pads right from Thompson. I put Warne rings and a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9x40 scope on it, but I think I want to move those over to my new AR. I would sell this rifle for $395.00 including insured shipping to any lower 48 States FFL who receives long guns from private individuals. I had 2 or 3 of these over the years and all of them including this one are very nice rifles and super accurate.

This one came with Tikka rings of course, but I have never liked them. I bought a brand new medium height Ded Nutz Game Reaper 1-piece mount for it, and I also bought a brand new Minox ZV-3 4.5-14x44 Side Focus Scope to put on it. NICE rifle scope! Since I don't have another Tikka right now I want to sell the Game Reaper mount and the Minox scope with the rifle. It is all installed and torqued properly and the rifle is sighted in and ready to hunt with. I also bought a Limbsaver and put it on the rifle. I paid well over $850.00 for the whole set up all brand new. I have the boxes and papers for everything. I will sell this rig all set up and sighted in for $695.00 to include insured shipping to any lower 48 States FFL who accepts long guns from private individuals. That's a swingin' deal.

There is nothing I need to trade for right now.

BTW, the Tikka is not a Compact. It has the standard stock and 22-1/2" barrel.
