I've always been crazy but fishing keeps from going insane. I am completely convinced that fishing a couple times of month is the only way I can maintain my sanity anymore. Lets just say last therapy session was good. Between my pard and myself we caught 6 burbot ling, 5 rainbow trout, and 1 brown trout. For reasons I will not go into my life is extremely stressful, and methinks, I need to increase my therapy sessions to more than a couple times a month. It was pretty cold. Somewhere in the 20's, better than -20 though.

Agreed, when I'm at work I'm thinking about problems at home when I'm at home I'm thinking about problems at work. When I'm fishing I'm thinking about fishing. No other pass time does that for me. Glad your getting out and getting some relief.

Fishing is much better therapy than that provided by psychobabbleists. And sometimes you get to enjoy another session at the dinner table with friends and or family. Nice catch-- and keep up with your therapy program!
