I quit watching pro-football the year Dallas fired Tom Landry......the winning'est coach in the history of the game at the time.....two weeks before the end of a loosing season..... I understand....coaches get fired for loosing but the season was lost and he was retiring....he made those a-holes a lot of money and did a lot for the game......the least they could have done was let him go out gracefully..... That was in the early 80's IIRC but please don't assume that I'm the kind of guy that holds a grudge...forgive and forget....that's always been by motto.....

I don't watch it either.. Football's a good game but I'd rather watch two high school teams instead of a bunch of spoiled, millionaire crybabies act out their grand multi-million dollar soap opera for guys. At the pro-football level it has gone from being a sport to being a circus. Step right up folks! It's the greatest show on earth! If P.T. Barnum were alive today he'd have himself an NFL team. Mr. Barnum was correct when he said; "there's a sucker born every minute". Just look at the prices of some pro-football tickets even during the regular season. I can't believe some of the money paid for super bowl tickets. Then there's that old adage about a fool and his money. Oh well; I guess if they wanna see a football game THAT bad, it's their money.

I absolutely do not watch any professional sports. I spent my last career babysitting thugs, wife beaters and drug addicts. I don't need to watch them on TV.
