I take venison burger and brown it with onions and cut up fresh mushrooms. Adding Worcestershire garlic and salt/pepper to taste. Then line a cast iron skillet with baking powder biscuit dough and fill with the venison, pour in enough brown sauce to just cover the meat and top with more biscuit dough. Bake at 350 until golden on top....good with a bit of cheese melted on it.

In the fall, fill up a pumpkin with a similar mixture, and bake it til the pumpkin meat is tender. I think you'll enjoy that as well.
