Sheds are 12 bucks a pound here for unchewed, unweathered deer.
Elk are more.
Trucks loads of horn would be worth some coin.

We have a wicker basket full of sheds in the living room. Mixed in with the sheds is large pine cones that you can find at a craft type store.
