I'd think icing down the boar meat for 4 days wouldn't hurt, at all.

Born in Martinez, raised in Port Chicago. Yes it is. I started with Shell at the refinery in Martinez and spent nine years there before heading off to West Texas then onward... I used to drive the Port Chicago Hiway (when it wasn't flooded) between work and home daily as it was a better drive than Hiway 4 for me. Easterners? I never would have thunk it. There ain't a whole lot goin on up there in Pitt. I'm sure work had a lot to do with it, but there's a lot of people that bail out of that place to find work.
