Now that a couple pretenders have dropped out, the only one who has really gained, judging by those numbers, is Trump. Be interesting to see what numbers do after SC.
A Trump / Clinton race could bode really well for Gary Johnson. I really liked him as Governor of my former state. And he is a lot more solid than Trump and more trustworthy than Hillary.
How many 69 year old men born, raised and lived their entire life in Queens/Manhattan New York as a liberal Democrat, would you venture all of a sudden after SIXTY SEVEN YEARS changes to a Republican?
Trump IS a Democrat, pulling the wool over peoples eyes. Why you ask? We don't know yet, and hope we never find out. But rest assured there is a reason.
Who do you want appointing the next 2 or 3 Supreme Court Judges?
1.8 GNP average for the last 15 years, Bush left with 10 trillion debt accumulated by all other presidents and Obama will leave with 20 trillion plus over doubling that in his terms. Bush started with a 54% debt/GNP ratio, left with a 67%, Obama has taken us over 100%. We might have a couple breaths of life left, maybe. Politics as usual will not solve this. Private sector vs public sector... Pragmatic vs idealistic. Only public sector would think they offer more individual freedom than private sector. 'Officiating freedom'... oxymoron. Trump is worth 4 billion. Which means as a production businessman he has created 40 billion in the economy with the structural build and billions more with the continuation of services rendered. 75 to 100 billion total. Not bad for what he started with. He has created more than Bloomberg who takes money out through wallstreet. He's a builder not just in the physical sense. There are billions in investment money that spurs development being sat on or moved out of country since the economy collapse of 2007. It's been trickling back in despite Obama as economies start finding cracks to work in. Trump doesn't have to enact or do anything but win for that money to flood back in. The smell of profit will bring it. Trump will force both Mexico and China to the negotiating table, they will be forced into concessions by threat of tariffs. Congress will follow Trump. He is a billionaire that's given them money before and after he'll still be a billionaire giving money to those that helped him. Public sector is in it for the long haul. He will start reversing the debt, spur business and profit, reverse illegal immigration, rebuild the military and national defense. His SC picks will have to support the same policies plus staunch capitalism. Doesn't leave much room for socialism nominees. I know public sector folks can't figure why the rest of us are unhappy with being officiated by professional politicians... we should all just shut up and stay in line. Kent
Doogooder secesh should write that 100 time on a Chalkboard.

I don't know why folks don't look this stuff up themselves, takes two minutes.
Bottom line,.....this is a devastating development for Cruz. His campaign was counting on gaining a majority of the supporters from those candidates who dropped out. Not only did he not get any of that support, it all went to Trump. Massive double whammy. Now with SC looking like another steamroll job by Trump, it's looking pretty desperate for Cruz and Co.
Be Accurate???? I think someone pulled the wool over your eyes dude. Trump is loved by the liberal press, but I seriously doubt you are smart enough to know why............

I'm smart enough to spend 2 minutes looking up Trump registered as a republican in 87 till 99 was an independent till 2001 was a democrat till 2009 was a republican then till 2011 then was listed as no party then a republican again.
I also know he gave the maximum to Cruz's PAC in 2014, they talked frequently, Cruz even visited often, Trump said Cruz could have won on repealing Obamacare if the other repubs had aligned with him, they called each other good friends.
Vegas isn't taking into account the ferocity of support for Bernie and their hatred of Hillary. All anyone has to do is read a little bit over at DU and you'll be enlightened. At a minimum, 10% of Sander's supporters won't vote for her and I can imagine that number being as high as 30% as much as they hate her(they really, really hate her). Now Cruz would never get any of that crossover vote but Trump certainly would gain 'some'. How much is up in the air. If I had to guess I would say less than 5%. Add that all together along with trending voter turnout in the primaries and it's looking pretty rosie.
Should Trump be the standard bearer and lose to Hillary, the Republican Party is destroyed. Sad that these are the best USA will have to chose. I doubt We shall see a Republican Potus anytime soon. Destruction of the Repubican party is the goal.
There are fools and damn fools, which one are you?

A Middle of the Road Democrat from the 60's would be considered a Conservative Constitutionalist in 2016.
