This is for a dissolution not a class action lawsuit. This was posted yesterday in the VHA thread.

Horrible management on Jeff and Jacquie's part. They had to work hard to waste all the money out of a ca$h cow.

If 100 people don't sign up for the $2, someone will get $200. They're counting on it. I think there's "X" number of dollars for claimants. If they all file, then the payoff to each would be under $2... But if many don't file, the money is distributed to those that did. Probably won't get anyone's $400 back though.

I haven't received a letter from them yet, but if and when I do then I'll probably just toss it. It's too bad they went under but that's the way it goes. I enjoyed the magazine; they had some good stuff in it.
