Actually the red backed spider is more likely to be the under the toilet seat spider. Or just about anywhere - bastards. Similar to black widow spider and painful but not usually deadly.

Now the male Funnel Web spider is one deadly bastard.

Most of the rest are just a bit scary.

It was always the funnel web spiders that kept me making sure my boots were empty in the morning when i got dressed. I hate those bastards.

Seems like everything down there sticks, stings or bites. And they are all extremely poisonous.

Meanwhile, New Zealand has none of the above mentioned bastards.

Yes, but to be fair the majority of them are in Canberra.

True, but the Kiwis are plagued by hordes of Indians and Islanders.

I would prefer the bities.

Since most of my relatives are either Aboriginal or of Aboriginal descent like myself you and I can agree to differ.

OH, Australian, thought the op meant Tennessee.

Beware of thieves, scammers and dishonest members on the "Fire" classifieds. Ya there is a thief here too. Whatever!!

They're all around the CampFire and everywhere.
