Location would be Wellsboro, PA

Facility: Wellsboro Fire Department Annex Building

Setup: 8am Friday, July 22.

Show on Friday and Saturday.

Need to be out and cleaned up not later than Sunday 10 am.

Need to know if this works, and for how many.

Okay guys, we have a new date for the 2016-Fest East...July 22&23

1) Need to know who will come? Include if you will be bringing anyone with you.

2) How many tables? Rounds tables available. Will rent 2x6 or 2x8 tables depending on how many needed.

3) What days will you be there? We will try to set up one meal Friday late afternoon/evening and one meal around noon on Saturday in the building. We have access to a kitchen. Please note what meals you will want and for how many.


I'll start it off:

Ralph M. - Friday & Saturday. One meal each day. Tables 2

Rory (Calhoun) - Friday & Saturday. One meal each day. Tables 2 or 3.

Rick99 - Friday & Saturday. One meal each day. Tables 3

Is anybody arranging for fest t-shirts?

I have not made any steps toward making T-shirts. Sounds like a good idea if somebody wants to pick that aspect of this gathering up.

Saddlering, what kind of tent are you interested in? Like a display tent for outside, with no walls, only a roof?

Sorry was talking about a tent to sleep in, or are there some cabins to rent, Hotels?

LOCATION: Wellsboro Fire Dept Annex building.
Msmts: 48' x 98'. Occupancy is 300 people, per rating.
Kitchen use is included. Must clean our own mess and leave it like we found it.(shows on the map as a parking lot with the building at the back

Those of you that said you would come to the August date Fest and have not signed in for the new July date, please advise so we know you have seen the new date posting.

I plan on coming and dragging along a couple friends. No table or meals needed that I know of at this time. I know that there is camping on the west rim of the Pa. grand canyon, and Hills creek state park.
