The problem with the Romanian Sniper rifle is though nothing gets away once a fella is on it, is that it takes sometimes years to get onto anything. Mostly because Sniper rifles have to track so slowly for fear of return fire.

That was a good and relevant question, and so far all we hear is crickets and deafening silence.

Not to worry, though, he's prolly off huntin'...for some kind of an answer to your question.

Or...maybe he just got tired of trolling and left.

People blow thousands of dollars every year jumping from rifle to rifle, and cartridge to cartridge, trying to find it.

Most of the moves are horizontal, the newest addition showing no vast improvement over what they got rid of.

Very true Bob, I am guilty of buying a bunch of rifles with one not really being any better than the next one but for the last several years I have stuck with the same .300 Win cartridge, it just makes My loading bench much more simple and uncluttered.....It has been great fun...........Hb

Best hunting rifle - got to be the 303 BRIT SMLE - doesn't everybody hunt with one??

Not as fancy as your PSL-54C, but it gets the job done.

You have your eye too close to the scope, and you need to wear pants at least grin

Pants AND a haircut? I just can't do both. I'll just get a haircut, and ask Ingwe for some leopard-print thongs. I hear he has a whole drawer full.

Just FYI: The OP looks to be a scam artist. Look at his post history and the Nightforce classified thread.

The Winchester model 88 in .284 was the best hunting rifle ever. Unfortunately no one got the memo so few were sold. Hunting's best kept secret! smile

Yep. He even comes off as such, which is why it seems few are taking him seriously... grin

Ingwe, That BRIT of yours would certainly work (and obviously did)! By the way, how did you and old Karamojo Bell get along when you hunted together??
