The McShitstick.... This is one I just couldn't keep! Now that you've given it a name..I find it disturbing... LOL. I'm not sure which 'end' I like better, but together...

A fresh one, COMPACTICAL THEE truck SUV GUN, wearing a paint scheme I've not tried before. Wally World adult 700 ADL package 243, cut to 19" (5" of barrel was 5.7oz IIRC), Magpul magazine well and mag, a very "messed with" Sheep Hunter stock, flip-flop pad at 13 1/8" LOP, SWFA Classic 1-4, Leupy DD, 7lb 6oz as pictured; in it ~$888. Stock was just under 20oz without pad or studs, however, I then added pillars (I think they're sintered bronze!), built up about 1/8" depth around the floorplate and associated material for contouring. Also took some patchwork repairing what had been previously done to it and to even up fairly wonky shaping... It is, over-all, more ovaloid then I generally prefer. Plus at least a few ounces of Duracoat and the air-cure Cerakote clear. The Magpul stuff seems it'll work out, but was a pretty big hole to plow in a "slim" stock. Specifically wanted a mag fed gun for this application, as this state mandates unloaded in the rig... It's just short enough to shoot the side mirror off... Brass on the way and we'll see what happens. A 2.9" 7-08 round fit in the magazine with room to spare and seemed lined up good for the feed. Trigger is substantial. Am low elevation but going to try the Hornady 105 BTHP and IMR 4451, don't know if it'll work... Oh yah. I epoxied the chicken with plans to paint later. Anyways, here 'tis.

Gotta keep this going - need some new material. That said, here's some old material! A very early hydrodip job on a Mod 7 7-08 that's long gone. And my 722 that had a pad and checkering tastefully added by the PO. That one's the cold dead hands rifle for me... Come on, post'm up, good, bad or ugly.
