I think I'm going to stick with the East Coast this trip. When I finish the resto on my 68 Cuda I'm going to do a cross county trip. See what it's like to drive all over the US and Canada in a big block convertible 4 speed car. When they first put the big blocks in the smaller Cuda's and Darts there was not enough room for AC, Power Steering or Power Brakes. Not a chick car. My wife will probably follow in my diesel Golf with a friends wife. I did drive about 3 hours in my 66 Fury III convertible, in 100 degree, sun blazing, humid weather, thought I would die. When my wife ask how the trip went, I said it was like riding on a cloud to heaven. I'm lucky I didn't get struck with lightning standing there, Joe.

I checked with my wife and she said June 22-25, looks like we'll be heading home Saturday morning. How far are you from Burlington? I've been told to stop in BJ's guns, maybe I'll just crusie some local shops and see what follows me home, Joe.
