Scott, we have beaucoup firewood. Not only is Kent correct, but the USFS has not yet burned those big slash piles that are scattered around the forest - wish they would.

Hope you can cut and burn most of that one pile near the shooting venue - it's in the way at times and am thinking that some Albanian dwarves still are living in there.

Mr DARBY has issued a chili challenge, anyone wanting to bring some I guess that'll be lunch during saturday's shoot.

I'll make mine AZ style with beans.

What is the menu looking like other than chili?

Depends on my work schedule if I can go.

You had better show up. I have been telling my wife about all the nice ladies who show up every year. If you want me to come back you have to prove I am telling the truth.

I start a new job on the 19th of this month. I did request time off, but don't have my work schedule for campout time.

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that New Mexico bans bringing out-of-state wood into forest areas to prevent the spread of pests.

Am I in any danger of being arrested? I brought some pecan wood last year for folks to smoke meat with. Maybe the statute of limitations is under a year. miles
