Savory Cheddar and Black Pepper Waffles with Apples and Sausage recipe yesterday. Looked really good...
Just now did a take off on it for lunch.
Browned some crumbled Italian Sausage and added Pears and Onion to caramelize. Hit it with some Balsamic Vinegar, Chicken Stock, and a little bit of Brown Sugar for the Agrodolce sauce. Some chopped Parsley at the end.
Just ate it with a spoon and some bread. Nice
Probably be good on some Soft Polenta with plenty of cheese in it....
