I was thinking of building off a 8400 wsm action, do I need a classic with bottom metal? Or would a Montana work?, it would be chambered to 7 Saum, heavy contour barrel and tactical style stock, my concern is feeding from magazine, any ideas, I do not have either action yet. Would a 8400 tactical in 308 be easily converted to Saum and would the Saum case feed from the 308 magazine?
