I have a mid-70s .243 ADL that shoots like that.
Fouls like hell, though. I'm not going to change that barrel until it needs it, though.
WyoCoyoteHunter, that is a good time period to look for, Remington was really turning out a quality product, then. I can't really say anything about the new ones, but I have seen what they did to Marlin...
