Good thing it doesn't look to be biased in the slightest, teeny weeny little bit... Grades 7-9: Do you think Americans should have the right to bear arms? What restrictions should be placed on gun ownership? Grades 10-12: Examine the language of the Second Amendment using the interactive Constitution found here. Does a strict reading imply that private citizens have the right to own guns?

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Notice a trend? Pretty sure THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE, used several times in the Bill of Rights tells us the founding fathers intend.
Take away THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE in the 2nd, why not in all the others.

Amazingly, the left doesn't want to admit that even after the majority (7-2, on that point) of the SCOTUS ruled exactly that in Heller. Take away THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE in the 2nd, why not in all the others. That is entire the point and exactly the goal.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.
