How does Hillary survive a FBI indictment? Even with an Obama presidential pardon how could her campaign live on? Her numbers are terrible now.

The FBI doesn't indict. 4/22/16 On "The O'Reilly Factor" last night, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the FBI is in the final stages of its investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private email server, and he believes the agency has more than enough evidence to indict and convict her. He explained that the FBI doesn't make a recommendation about an indictment to the Justice Department, since they are working in tandem with the Justice Department. FBI investigators don't do anything without being under the supervision of department prosecutors, he said. "The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming," Judge Napolitano stated. "And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do." He said he is "100-percent certain" that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.

In the supposed, coming interview with the FBI (hopefully), I'd love to see her caught and nailed to the floor by lying to the FEDS. That is a biggie that will stick to teflon.
A woman in La. (a sista) just got nailed for lying to a federal agent (FEMA Official, Dept' of Homeland security) about a claim on a trailer she supposedly lost in hurricane Gustav. Looking at 20 yrs., 250,000$ fine and full restitution of the monies gained in the claim. Sweet, ain't it?

But they won't indite unless ordered to do so by Obama, and that won't happen unless it appears Trump is going to win. In that case she won't just get indited, but perp walked, and Slow Joe will ride in to save the day.

Didn't HRC just state that she intends to continue with the EO's right where Obarry leaves off? The next republican president should use executive orders to undo all the damage done by Obama and to drive a stake thru the heart of progressive fascism.

Trump stated he would immediately cancel ALL executive orders done by Bammy Boy.
Said a lot of other things, too.

Sure and there's also enough evidence that Federal Marijuana laws are being violated by government officials. Evidence schmevidence - Hillary won't be indicted. She'll drop out for "personal reasons".

The polls are showing a pretty consistent Trump slam on Hillary, so by your reasoning they should be writing her indictment now. Obama should not be involved in making decisions about indictments... that should be the Prosecutor's office based on the evidence and nothing else.
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

The bottom line is that Obama and the DNC will just drag this out as long as possible to keep their options open. If and when it becomes more clear that she is going to win or lose, they will play their wild card. If they feel like there's a good chance of winning, they'll dump the investigation and go all in behind her. If it looks like there's a real chance of her losing, they'll indict her and either get behind Sanders or bring in the savior on his white horse. Then, Obama will pardon Clinton on the way out the door. Whichever way it goes, we'll know in the next few weeks for sure.

RCP still has the average withing the margin of error, but it if it becomes apparent Trump will pick off say, CA or NY, then the DNC conspiracy will bring in someone who they thing can bring thier surfs back on board.
