I only had manuals growing up so that's what I wanted. If I had it to do over again I would go auto without a doubt.
I put a 2500 stall clutch kit, an allison chalmers tractor muffler, rejetted the carb, did away with the lower airbox and added a hidden 2" snorkel. Mine will pull the front wheels off the ground in 1st and 2nd gear.
