Thinking of the Nikon Rimfire scope that has been talked about on here lately. Pro Staff 3x9x40 150 BDC I don't like the 1/2 MOA adjustments. My 452's are accurate enough that it matters. Here is a nice fairly inexpensive Jap made scope. http://www.clearidgeoptics.com/product-p/3310.htmI would also recommend the 3X9 EFR Leupold or the VX2 4-12 AO Leupold.

Rooster7,not sure you want to go with the Nikon. They have A large ocular bell and the CZ has A high bolt lift. Think Weaver or Leupold if you want to mount it low.

Yea, as Travis said 1/4 at fifty, which is not as accurate as my CZ 453. With high end Eley, I shoot dots the size of a 22 cal bullet at 50 yards. I usually hit more than 50% of them. 1/4" either way would be way off my dot. It's just a little game I play with some friends. If I was only hunting or plinking, then it wouldn't matter one bit.

Def. great pic! I finally have 2 of the CZ 455 Tacticool's coming, going to be an aweosme set up with suppressor added. I am planning on going with the Nikon PROSTAFF Target EFR in 3-9. Parallax adjustment and I will dial out distances past 50 yard zero. I have PROSTAFF Rimfire scope's on all my 10/22's and love em, just thought this rifle will be more about 1 shot and done on critters. Will be interesting dialing in 22 shorts. http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd363/bman940/PROSTAFF%20Rimfire/PROSTAFF3-9RIMFIRE.jpg

You may enjoy a setup like that... Have not dialed with the Nikons though. Not sure if they'll hold up or not. But the BDC is great on gophers. Dave

Dave Again, I apologize for my ignorance but what does 1/4" at fifty yards mean? Are the clicks NOT in 1/4" increments? You must remember, I grew up in MN, in the slug zone, with open sites on dang near everything.

Most rifle scopes today are 1/4" of movement per "click" @ 100yds. So that means they should move 1/2" @ 200, 3/4" @ 300, 1" @ 400yds, and on and on it goes.
But the Nikon Rimfire is 1/4" at the fifty, which would give you closer to a 1/2" at the 100yd line. Which would be considered a bit coarse by todays standards.
But don't worry about any of that schit because it will still kill stuff bigly.
Clark

I've got a pretty early 455, and the more I shoot it, the less I like it, especially after buying a 452. I've got all three barrels, and as of yet, haven't found that it's not all that great a shooter with ANY of them. It does tolerably well with the LR barrel, but the .22 WMR barrel is not impressing me at all. Right now, mine is set up in .22WMR, because I've never owned a WMR rifle before, and I wanna mess with it some. It is my .22 Hornet's poor cousin at the moment.
I've got a really great shooting Marlin in ,17HMR, so the HMR barrel is kinda unnecessary, too.
If I were doing it again, I'd have got the one barrel and called it good. I have a 455 in .17hmr that is wicked accurate. Was considering buying a .22 barrel but am thinking I'll just leave it alone and shoot a .22 when I want to do that.
