Neighbor is having coyote problems and I offered to help.
No call of any kind has been used on the place yet
"Professional she hired caught her dog and cat costing vet bills . . .
If he trapped two of her pets, it seems to me that he was trapping a mite close to the house considering where the yotes are likely to be hanging out is quite a way away.
I an used to just a mouth rabbit call, but wonder if there is a series I could use on an electronic to wisen them up slowly with the most kills.
One site is the back of a valley 300-400 yards wide open grassland surrounded by woods.
Figured the call out in the middle with one of the mechanical attractors to start.
What say ye?
I'll be using black rifle with 55 gr. BTs pushed for accuracy, then speed.

Coyote pup distress will bring any coyotes in that are close. Beware, they will come in fast and aggressive....

your only going to get one good chance bring a buddy as a shooter also....a shotgun with "Dead Coyote T shot" would be a good idea also....

Before he passed, Dan Thompson came over to kill a couple coyotes that were killing sheep on a local ranch.. It was during the summer, and that was the call he used...
Killed two this am, but I got them by glassing antelope..
The coyotes were looking to snatch a fawn..

I plan to put electronic call out in the gass in the bottom of the valley (back of the valley so it is a bowl on one property) and then set up about 100 yards away in the woods.
Need to ride a tractor back there to scout it out and make it look like business as usual.
