.22LR is easy enough to find. Where the hell is all the .22 mag ammo?

22MAG is out there, but it is hard to find and cost too much when you do find it. mad

I have tons of 22 mag. It was easy to find locally until a local shop sold almost 100 pmr30's for $349 each one weekend. Now you can't find 22 mag on the shelf anywhere. I'm glad I already had about 10,000 rounds.

i might know, maybe not, about a 5k count of federal .22lr obtained during a b.k. sale for 50bucks. or, a 5k case of remington peters in the old green boxes for about the same amount.
Don't believe either have been touched yet.
the remington comes from a period when they actually put powder in the casings.

You need a case of remingtons so you can get about 1/2 of them to shoot.

I have been able to find it everywhere Ive looked except Fleet Farm and Gander Mt.

Supply here in Kentucky seems to have out paced the rate that the neckbeards can buy it. I've been able to find it almost every time I walk into a store. Mostly mini-mags and automatch. Couple weeks ago cabelas had the buckets. I buy it when I see it even if I don't need it. If Trump blows this election there is gonna be a run on ammo like you'd never seen before.

22LR prices are still too high for me!!!

I've not bought anything in previous 4 yrs.
This year I'm buying only what I shoot up.
Trying to be as picky on prices as possible.

GS are still way way too high. I just pass it up.

Swapped for a 325 box of Fed auto match. Good deal.

Got a brick for CCI blazers for $29 at LGS. 3x old price.

Got a brick of RWS match rifle on line for $79. 1.5x old price.

Got a brick of CCI velocitors for $89. 2.5x old price.

I'm low on .45, 22lR (define low I guess, about 3K rounds at this point) , .38 and 9mm lugar

My daughter plays lacrosse once a week up there so I'm just gonna drop by and $100 there for the remainder of summer until I get back to where I can live with another 8 years of democrats.

Local pawn shop had 500rd bricks of Federal HV Match Gold Medal for $49.95 so I bought one, even though it exceeded my normal goal of .06/rd. They also had a big pile of various Aguila .22LR, Browning .22LR, Winchester X .22LR, and Remington .22LR .

Walmart had several boxes of Federal AutoMatch (325 rds).

Week before last, Walmart, CCI Mini-Mags, 100 rd plastic boxes, $7.47 + KY sales tax.

These were just laying in the floor behind the sporting goods counter, in a single unopened cardboard box, along with a few other opened and unopened boxes of various other caliber and brands of ammunition, and no sporting goods clerk anywhere to be found.

Surprisingly for me, this was a little after 5:00 pm, on a Monday.

Bought a box of 555 Winchester .22LR Thursday at the Walmart at La Marque, Texas for $27 and some change + tax. Also had some Federal Auto-Match and some CCI, but do not recall the prices.
