Looked at it again. It is a staged satire. The actor playing Gertz is much younger and does not have a scraggly beard like Gertz. He also has a military haircut and Gertz does not. When the other guy shoots several rounds from his AR 15, the "Gertz" actor is off camera. That is when he obviously pours the water onto his pants.

Still, an appropriate satire I think, given the real reaction the real Gertz K--U,NTzman exhibited when he really fired a round from the .223 AR 15.

Still a sissified woose.
