Went camping and fishing with some boy scouts.
I trolled my boat all day Saturday, from dawn till dusk. One or two scouts at a time.
Boy scout rules, I can’t show faces.

These two lads were up and dressed at 5 am.

When the sun came up, I headed back to camp for a breakfast burrito and two more scouts.


Most of the fish were caught on bladed trolling rigs like above, but this one couldn't resists a Rapala J-9.

This Scout had done just about everything a boyscout can do, except catch a fish, but we fixed that with his first (and 2nd & 3rd) fish.

Only one boy left Sunday morning, so I got him out early and hooked him up.

Looks like a good time had by all. Nice work.
I had some great times Scouting with my son when he was that age.
