The wifey and I were guides for a few years before we moved to the Adirondack mountains in upstate NY If you thought fall flow on the upper G was a blast you should see it at 10,000 cfs. The lower G gets insane above 20,000 cfs. Diagonal Ledges is 3 drops that would hide a gray hound bus each. By far the most fun I've ever had on the clock. It's the worst ever in known history. Raleigh County is good to go. Good luck on your trip.

With all the damage and loss from the flooding, we figured our time would be better spent on a helping adventure I have to give props to several of the guides and the customers that have rafted the recent floods. The guides have been pulling 18+ hour days doing search, rescue, and recovery. And a huge shout out to all the guests that pitched in enough goods to fill a 16' enclosed trailer.
