I bought this 20 GA SxS Ithaca many years ago. Based on the serial number, I believe it was made in 1940. The right barrel is a modified choke, the left is full. Double triggers, extractors.
The receiver is nicely color case hardened, and it has a pointer dog engraved on the receiver.
It has been a good shotgun for rabbits, squirrels and birds at longer ranges.

How long are it's barrels, it's weight?

I prefer those with checkering.

How it shoots, looks and handles is important most to you.

I have a couple of 20 ga S&S's. The longer Bernadelli has done well for the most. It's 5# 13oz w/27" barrels. The Ugar 221-20-3" w/24.5" barrels at 5# 9oz straight grip is new to me.
