I am looking towards a brown bear hunt with a friend in 2018 . In a past post it was mentioned that there are good deals on the more inland brown bears . We are happy not to aim for a B&C class bear but just to have a good Alaskan bear hunt .
Are there magazines I should subscribe to or forums to look at that would help us find an outfitter .

Sure sci & undoubtedly there's probably a forum dedicated to hunting bears somewhere on the Internet

There's many others those are just guys I know personally that will give you a good hunt
I'm pretty certain when we sing our anthem and mention the land of the free, the original intent didn't mean cell phones, food stamps and birth control.

Tanner on this forum is working as a guide in Alaska and works his butt off for clients. Saw a pic of him with a bear they got this year. Might be worth pm'ing him.

An inland Brown Bear ? Do you mean an interior Grizzly or simply a Brown Bear in one of the regions where they don't grow as large as the peninsula and Kodiak ?

Thank you for your prompt replies and suggestions . 2legit2quit would you have contact details for the people you listed . Phil our interest would be a smaller brown bears than true inland grizzlies . We are happy to hunt without chasing B&C bears .
