If you can't wrap your mind around the reality of this becoming federal law, I cant help you...Keep thinking this is a "state" issue if you want, but it's not... When the schithole states are where this schit starts and where it gets funding and momentum, then yeah, the blame lies SQUARELY there. That you still don't get it that you, and folks like you in the PRK, MA, and the other schitholes are the ones enabling and supporting this EVERY DAY via your taxes ... well, maybe you do get it, but don't want to admit it.

Those items are probably about 5% or less of their total sales.
And those CITIZENS who wanna buy a certain rifle banned in MA will simply drive to another state and buy 'em there.. Maybe at a gun show, face to face with a non-FFL, but in Florida, for example, an FFL won't sell to anyone who doesn't have a Florida ID showing he's a Florida resident.

People are ignoring these laws and the courts will be afraid to enforce them. No judge wants to take personal responsibility for such heinous infringements on basic human rights. It's too dangerous. What "doesn't matter" is your rhetorical BS. When dealers are at risk of losing their entire business, they won't sell the guns on the list, and all your empty rhetoric won't change that reality. Those items are probably about 5% or less of their total sales. And those CITIZENS who wanna buy a certain rifle banned in MA will simply drive to another state and buy 'em there.. If they are such a small percentage of the business, all the more reason to not sell them. Your ignorance of gun laws is showing. Firearms dealers have to comply with all the laws for the buyers state too. They won't be able to buy them anywhere if they are MA residents.

Enforcement of any law is directly related to how many will buckle under and accept that law, and obey it. Even if they know it's unconstitutional. Tough talk is cheap when you aren't there. The FFL dealers will all follow the law, as will the distributors.

Compare the tax rates on industrial properties and corporate income there to TX, AL, SC, TN, etc. Then factor in the labor rates in a union state like MA vs a RTW state like SC.
