I'm trying to work up a load for a .264 Win mag, hopefully using a 140gr Accubond or TSX/TTSX. Anybody having good luck in that area that you would share? Thanks, David

I stick to 130 ABs and 120 BTs; I like IMR 7828; very accurate and good velocity in my rifle.

I've burned alot of magnum,H1000 and imr7828. the imr7828 for me is the best of the three. Good accuracy and velocity with a more gradual pressure climb. magnum and h1000 were a bit spikey in both of my .264s.
Politicians and Diapers both need to be changed often, and for the same reason!

Try a 125 Nosler partition with 59.5 grains IMR 4350. That is a max load.

downwindtracker,
That Handloader article appeared over a decade ago. Since then I've played with another .264, a new Ruger Hawkeye, and in it Magnum worked best with 129-130 grain bullets, and Reloder 25 with 140's.

My Win Classic did well with H1000 and the Sierra 140 SPBT.
I have since put a 27 inch Pac-Nor on it and run 130 Nosler AB over Magnum.

Using 70.0gr of Magnum, Win case, Fed 215 primer and a 140gr Sierra Gameking, I hit ~3150fps and slightly better than MOA accuracy. I was stepping on the gas a little here but you should be able to work up something similar with an Accubond.
Same case, same primer, and 69.0grs of Magnum (Ramshot's listed max) with a 120gr TTSX gets me 3380fps and accuracy was as good or better than the above Sierra load.
Rifle was a M70 with a 26" Pac Nor barrel and a pretty tight chamber.
