If you want to consider their invited list of speakers, including the BLM bunch who have an entire "movement" based upon lies and falsehoods, then "debased" and "degraded" certainly enter the picture. The Ds, through their own actions, show that they have lost at minimum moral qualities considered normal or desirable within a functional Western society, and they have also proven to lack order usually present (i.e., a respect for the rule of law). Degenerate fits. Considering that they are not the majority of the nation, then minority also fits.
