Communists: I still hate them even after they changed their name to "liberals". ____________________

Time has already told us socialism does not work.
We may know the time Ben Carson lied, but does anyone know the time Hillary Clinton told the truth?
Immersing oneself in progressive lieberalism is no different than bathing in the sewage of Hell.

Time has already told us socialism does not work. Only benefits the "ruling" class. Like right here and now.

Socialism and Capitalism each have their own set of problems. In their purest forms each will fall flat on their faces, that's why you don't see pure socialism and pure capitalism anywhere but very small populous places.
Nordic socialism is for a nation of 5 million people. The US has 320+ million. What's going on over there doesn't freaking apply to the US. Just dumb to think it does.

Nordic socialism also depends upon having a homogeneous population with a work ethic. That's not us, we've got 40% of our population tgat are minorities with no interest in ever working. 60% can't support the other 40% & have it work.
Socialism would work here if everybody were Amish, but we're not.

Socialism doesn't even work in the Israeli Kibbutzim. They started the "democratic socialist" type of arrangement back in the early 1900's and it really took off after Israel became a nation.
I have a very dear friend who lives in a kibbutz near Tel Aviv and I spent some time with him last week while in Seattle.
He was telling me that the kibbutz as a socialist form of local government was dead and that more and more kibbutzim were shifting to a Capitalist form of existence.
The chief reason is that socialism does not account for human nature with it's differences in work ethic, abilities, and opinions on the right way or wrong way to go about handling a given situation.
Insert the Seven Deadly Sins, common to all mankind, and you have a recipe for failure. The majority of kibbutzim have been studying this for over sixty years now and have come to the conclusion that socialism just doesn't work.
Unfortunately, the Progressive Liberals and Communists either turn a blind eye to this, or plan on killing 10%-15% of the population that will not adhere to their rules.
So much for "democracy".
