For awhile I have had an irrational hankering for a Winchester 21 set up from the factory with a beavertail forearm and a raised rib.

But you take what you can get and I went with an early 30" two trigger splinter forearm 12 gauge choked modified and full.

It could be worse as in small bore Parkers

Collectors can no longer purchase small bore Parker's

Anyone crazy enough to get one automatically flunks the NICS check

I'm no "collector" but I did just get a straight grip 32inch 20ga.

I'm guilty of "irrational behavior" also. I had a second year Model 21 .......................... and I sold it

Me to, I had a mdl 21 skeet grade in 20 ga, but it didn't fit me so I sold it, and have felt guilty ever since.

The M21 is a nice well built gun. I confess to being a Parker fan but there is no dust on a Winchester M21. At one time I have a skeet grade 20, it was my first "collectable" SXS. A lot of grouse and pheasants fell to that one.
