Bill Clinton looks like a used up Billy Graham, and sounds like he is worn slap out. Shocked at his appearance and wonder what part dissipation has played. (And Hellary says she'll put him in charge of the economy. Oy vey!)
Billy Graham is still worth listening to, by comparison...

I don't know about his drug and alcohol use but he is reportedly a vegan and from what I've seen of other vegans they do have wither-on-the-vine look.
Edit: actually, in regard to Parkinson's, I did notice quite a tremor in his right hand thumb at one point.
