I've wanted to get an old Ford 8N to restore for quite some time, but I like all kinds of old tractors. Let's see what you've got!

l told my pap and mam I was going to be a mountain man; acted like they was gut-shot. Make your life go here. Here's where the peoples is. Mother Gue, I says, the Rocky Mountains is the marrow of the world, and by God, I was right.

huntsman22: very cool tractor - I've never seen a single armed bucket before. Thanks for posting.

I'm not just interested in the 8N though. I find almost any old tractor interesting.

I still use my John Deere Model M that my grand father bought new in 1947. I will look for some pics.

I have a late 1952 8N that will be my Grandson's. It needs an engine rebuild, new clutch, brakes, tie rod ends, and hydraulic pump rebuilt. Other than that, it is perfect. grin

I'll see if I can get some pics up.

Jimy: Nice Massey-Harris!

Ed: Do you plan on doing the work with your Grandson? That would be a great project for you both to do together.

That's the plan! He's 11 years old. Tried to get him up here for the summer but it didn't work out.
