Anything new out there that you guys like ?

Marmot Scree. Probably my favorite fall hunting pant.

I just saw those on back-country-gears website .

I have some Cloudveils and want to make sure my next pair of hunting pants have the same freedom of movement .

Corrugate Guide Pants for sure. Love them, though I remove the button and add a Velcro tab waist closure, but that's just a personal thing.

Another vote for Marmot Scree's.

I think they have been around a while but Cabela's XPG Trekking pants just became one of my favorite hunting pants. They have the perfect amount of stretch to climb in comfort without binding. I've not hunted with them yet but with a good set of base layers they should be warm enough for most of my late season hunts.

They have been around for a while, but my favorite are Kuiu attack pants. They stretch, breath, have some insulation properties, and are water resistant. I have even worn them to work (solid gray). They do not bind when climbing. They are a little spendy but not too bad.

I like these.

So it seems...

KUIU Attack Pant is flat out awesome in all weather conditions.
The hip vents for warmer weather make a huge difference.
And the quick drying ability of them makes for great winter wear as well, with good wool base layers of course.

Fjallraven Keb Trouser, and the USGI ECWCS Gen III Level 5 soft shell pants.

The Keb is the softshell on the back, and like a tin cloth (nyco) in the front. Watch for sales. This is a great hot weather brush pant, and has two zip vents on each leg. With a pair of long johns under, I'll snowshoe in in them too. Watch for sales, and save your pennies. My opinion is that they'll last forever. Buy the wax to waterproof them. They're my new favorite.

Here's a pair of the USGI pants. Much cheaper than the fjallravens, ACUs are out there for $25... Not as fancy, but work well, for cheap...

I love my Kuiu Attacks and Tiburons (lighter).... BUT ...

For a bit more ruggedness and also waterproof butt and knees - Sitka timberlines are my go to pants for pretty much all weather but super cold or super rainy.

Sitka Timberlines are a fabulous hunting pant..... BUT ... I can wear my Kuiu all year and look pretty stylish. Sitka Timberlines are obvious hunting pants.

Mountain Hardwear Piero's are awesome

Just a quick update on the Cabela's XPG Trekking pants that I mentioned earlier in this thread. I wore them on a deer bow hunt this past weekend in the Kiamiachi Mountains in Southeastern OK. They actually performed better than I expected. I encountered numerous briar patches and even got hung up in a couple of blackberry bushes and the pants came out without a blemish. Temps ranged from the 50's to the low 80's, I was never uncomfortable. I did a lot of climbing and the stretchy fabric and articulated knees worked perfectly. Great pants for early to mid-season hunts and, with a good base layer, I think you could probably use even later in the season.
