If they don't put their name on it, you can be sure it was made in China/Indonesia/Bangladesh/you name it. I currently have 284 custom knives and roughly 131 of them have the maker's name...the rest must be ch!nks...

Most of the China/Pakistan stuff is marked with the country of origin and they feel cheap. This one feels pretty well made.

It most likely is a chinese made knife IMO. Have seen that exact pattern before and whomever made that knife, certainly didn't design it, but merely copied it. It may be ripped off from Gerber.
There are some decently made Chinese knives now, much as I hate to say it. And some very good made in Taiwan. But you have to be familiar with the makers. Any of the steel that starts in 8 or 9 is usually decent enough. Problem is, you have to know who is lying and who is telling the truth in regards to steel type. Who is reputable.
I have never seen any Pakistani steel that I would regard as anything but crap. It is all pot metal BS IMO.....
