For those wondering about the shotguns in the pictures, they are 16 gauge Savage era Fox Sterlingworth's, which make nice pairs with the rifles, given the similarities the wood.

Here's the one that followed me home. Jumped right off Romac's table into my car, Joe.

Finally got around to hanging the Savage Neon sign cmjohn made available to me. I've attached a couple of pictures, one with out the room lights, one with. I couldn't talk my wife into a living room display.

Angus, I'll keep that in mind. It is pretty neat, huh?

Several guns stood out but among my favorites were the 99 in .410 with long barrel and "multiple shot" feature (not single shot like all the others) and also the hinged 1903. Some really cool guns! At the top of my list was the minty 1895.

My two favorite top-guns were both CMJohn's; his Monarch-grade relief carved stock, and his 1895 SRC!

Those are rifles I never imagined getting to see in person!

I know this post is very old, but I don't remember if I posted my 99 Savage. Anyway, here is the rifle that my dad gave in the early 70's. Original case, hang tag and factory .410 barrel as well as the 300 savage barrel.
