Oh and for supper----2 giant grilled tequila shrimp soft tacos with an avocado slaw and they were absolutely great! And now I will indulge in a huge slab of watermelon with tons of salt. BUT no slaw!!

Not that far gone. YET! ::))

Guessing I eat at least 3 watermelons a week. Watermelon loves the human body!!

Just curious....Do we have the only dog who eats watermelon!!?? ::))

Never offered the hounds watermelon? Hell, they might eat it. Eat every damn thing else. Lol.

Tonight I did some simple Chx parm.

Butterflied a breast, pounded it out, egg wash, little panko and flour with some garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Browned in a skillet with butter and OO. Little marinara on top and into the oven to finish. Top with parm and mozzarella.

Some organic noodles from Costco. Wife likes them. Taste like 90% of the other dried noodles to me.

Good Ol Ameritalian eats.

Pizza, started the dough last night & let it rise slow in the refrigerator, sauce has fennel seed which is the secret flavor. Peach cobbler for dessert, the type with 2 sticks of butter & 3 cups of sugar.

My dogs love watermelon and tomatoes and squash and every other thing they can get in their mouths. You can tell how high my female can jump because the fruit level on the pear and apple tree starts there. Hell, they're boxers.

Does look great. Guessing he's making his own.

Chimichuri isn't hard to make. Used to make a batch about once every couple weeks when I was heavily into a skirt steak binge. grin

Really makes a marinated, grilled skirt steak sing. Ribeyes don't suck with it, either.

Greg You are 100% correct. Yes sir!!

As well up this way they are local and right out of the Chesapeake. Just something about all things crab from the Bay that's extra special. Rock's/Striper's as well. Oysters have seen better days. Sad!

Probably all the run-off pollution and chemicals!!? sick

Regardless, I do love the Chesapeake!!!

Put together an Eastern Shore late Fall fast wing shoot just today!! Going for big dog wicked tuna in 2 weeks!!!

Found these flat breads at Wegmans- http://www.damascusbakery.com/brooklynbred/

After preheating the oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees adding a little diced salami, tomatoes a plattering of leftover green pepper and some fresh mozzarella and 7 minutes later you have a pretty easy weekday meal.

Much much better than boboli crusts.

1-800-House of Mandarin tonight. grin

After a hard Labor Day of laboring it's tough to beat good ole delivered Chinese Food!!

My guy knows exactly what I want (we get the same thing for 20 years running now) and it's about as heat hot as one could expect. I just call him up and say, "hey Lee it's David." He replies, "I will be there in 15 minutes David."

Bliss!!!
