Got this other stuff that I guess is technically called 'cologne' but my wife likes it enough she buys it for me. Caswell-Massey "Newport"...I don't think they sell it a Wal-mart but we don't fret the little things. I'd say it works 100% of the time, 60% of the time. Might put on a drop or two and maybe even take a shower, it's only Monday but it was pretty muggy mowing the lawn.
I'd describe the scent of a subtle blend of musk, citrus and send the fughking kids to their rooms.
Liberalism; The impossible yet accepted notion that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
I like hoppe #9 but the wife doesn't care for it much!
I love the smell of Hoppe's #9, but it is the smell of sleeping alone...or maybe with a dog in a bunkbed, linens of dubious launderage, and snoring lots of snoring.
I love the smell of Hoppes #9. Tonight I'm going with the Caswell Massey. If I don't post again, it is a good thing.

Back when I first started to shave it was what ever dad was using at the time because that was what was there. More often than not it was Aqua Velva or sometimes Old Spice.
In my misspent single running around mid-late teens and early twenties I tried Jade East, English Leather, British Sterling as well as others I no longer remember the name of. I finally settled on one called Baron. Pretty potent stuff. A drop or two is the limit for me. Anymore than that is too much. A bottle lasts me a long time.
I still keep some Baron and Old Spice after shave around although I rarely ever used any even back when I was still shaving regularly. Now that I quit shaving I forget that I even have it.
Nivea After Shave Balm. Doesn't really have much of a scent. It smells, but after 30 minutes it is undetectable.
I shave my head and have sensitive skin I guess. Nivea helps settle down any irritation. I shower and wear anti-perspirant deodorant, so don't really need help 'smelling good.'
