Only Saw Three Squirrels Yeaterday killed two. Model 12 16 ga

Looks like that 16 has seen some use!! My first girl friends father had a 12 in 16. It had no rib, but that was the best fitting model 12 I ever held..

Looks like it was still a good time , i just picked up a 1915 Model 12 in 16 ga . Hopefully get that one out soon in the woods .

Looks like it was still a good time , i just picked up a 1915 Model 12 in 16 ga . Hopefully get that one out soon in the woods . Does yours have a 2-9/16th chamber?

Well it was but someone lengthened it before I got it . I believe they went to 2 3/4" sometime mid 1920s .

my Model 12 16 ga has the short chamber and i use nothing but the B&P 2.5 inch shell in it.

Ok I wasn't sure when they went to the 2 3/4" . Great handling shotguns though. Model 12s and early 870s were the best pumps made in my opinion.

Yeah i wish they were like the older ones all the way around. I have a small collection of 870s . The ones from the 50s and 60s are tough to beat.

Great pic with the model 12! I have the same model that belonged to my Grandfather and I enjoy hunting with it.
I'm guessing his was made in the 1920's or 30's and it still works and shoots great.
I stock up on 16 gauge shells any time I find them.
