Or....Maybe not....
It was kind of chilly and drizzling rain this morning so I figured I'd better start the day with a nice big breakfast...
Started out with a nice thick chunk of fried Bologna....
Smothered it with cheese grits....
Two over easy eggs on top of that.....
And slathered the whole mess with Franks Hot Sauce.....
If you don't hear from me again just know that I died with a smile on my face.....

Sausage gravy did cross my mind but I'd hate to check out when hunting season's just getting started.....
For the record....I love fried Bologna but not for a steady diet....cheese grits and eggs are another story....I could eat em every day....
Oh....and my doors never locked....

Can't say that I have much of an opinion on Bologna, but eggs, bacon, and grits are non negotionables!
You knock down any birds yet?
I missed the dove opener this year and it'll still be a couple weeks before I can get out. My dogs getting fat and losing faith in me. Lol.

Grouse opened on the 30th...we spent three days in the woods until my old dog took a tumble and reinjured her bad shoulder.... Killed seven birds...two on the road to camp  and five over the dog....that's about average for us and more than I can eat so I'm happy.... I'm not sure how many more hunts ol Sophie has left in her though....she's still hobbling around......and I ain't doing much better...  Old age sure ain't for sissies....
