This request is for anyone with a Ruger American/American Predator that had an issue with proper fit in the MDT LSS Chassis.

Would you please post a picture of the linkage between the safety switch and the trigger? Thank you.

If trying to fix the issue, my fix required milling the upper left corner.

Now the chassis works well with all of my predators. 22-250, 204 ruger, 6.5 CM

I'm on travel until next Tuesday, so I can't do the comparison with mine until then.

However, since you have multiple calibers of this rifle, compare the orientation of the safety switch amongst them. (by "safety switch", I mean the actual thumb tab).

I heard that some of these switches may have been installed backward.

Thank you, "17_wizzer" for the pics!

Just picked up an LSS for my RAR-P, and had some issues getting the rear of the receiver to drop all the way, as well as the trigger adjustment screw hitting the chassis.

Similar issues you're having? I'm an experienced shooter, but new to customizing things myself.

Digging up an old thread here....

Just curious, do you guys that have an American in an LSS have a lot of play in your magazines?

I bought a MDT poly for mine, and it's got a ton of wobble in it. Didn't know if this was normal, but certainly seems like I have a problem somewhere.
