Beautiful! I had thought of an identical blueprint in 6.5x55 using the XM action. What did it end up weighing as pictured?

OM, after looking at your build with the 2b Bartlien and using one on this rifle it has become my new favorite!

Yup, that 2b is a nice contour for building a hunting rifle. I have another one in the works now - sort of a budget build .243 that should be completed in the next month or so.

Jon sure did a bag-up job on yours though, heck is a nice guy to work with IMHO.

Still trying to decide been a tough decision , I like the NF 2.5x10x42 but still trying to decide if I want a little higher power on this rifle without going to heavy!
