man if you like overseas back home that much, I'd sure be trying to figure a way to get back there permanently before its over! And I"m not flaming you.

My ashes will be co-mingled with my hunting dog Jessy the Chessy. A portion will be ordered to be loaded in some 5 shot pheasant loads to be fired by my friends at pheasants. Another portion will be scattered at my favorite duck pond. The remainder will be buried under a simple stone in my family plot in a lonely prairie cemetery incase anyone feels the need to have a physical place to visit. On my stone? Name, birth, death, and wife and kids name as well as Jessy's name.

Just burn me up. Toss my ashes somewhere.

If I had a headstone, it should say something like "He left this world like he came in: Naked, covered in blood and screaming."

I am there many months of the year.

My family is here, my duties are here, for now, and my job requires me to be here more often than not. In five years if the whole world doesn't implode by then, I will be there to stay, and there will be a permanent smile pasted on my heart.

Thank you for the encouragement, many don't understand smile

It's not too shabby a place, and the air just kind of settles in your soul, you know, like that one special place you went to over and over as a kid, where everything just seemed like it was going to be okay, no matter what was going on in your life.

let my tombstone,if there is one, say something like: "when he hit the grave he was running wide open" or something like that.

actually, i've heard it's better to leave no earthly markings whatsoever. it'll make it harder for the trackers to find you that way.

More and more I have come to appreciate the simple inscriptions I used to see on the old headstones in the Norwegian cemetery we mowed by hand as kids. Along with other Norwegian words there was a commonly used inscription: "Takk for Alt"...literally "Thank you for everything"

That's how I feel about my creator, about my friends and family, and I hope it might be a sentiment that would be mutual for many whom I know.

Or perhaps it will all end with another simple phrase that would suffice, since I could also see me demise coming prematurely in a way that might create a departure which involves: "Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends"

Although I will not have a headstone, I'm going to repose in an elk wallow.

He lives.

We may know the time Ben Carson lied, but does anyone know the time Hillary Clinton told the truth?
