Making a last minute trip up to Wyo to accompany my son on his elk hunt and want to replace my rain pants, just in case. Have pretty much settled on the Kuiu Chugach pants, but have a question on how quiet they are. I realize that no rain pants are as quiet as something soft, like wool. But want to make sure they also don't do the "swish swish swish" when walking in them either. Thanks!
There's 2 dates they carve on your tombstone. Everyone knows what they mean. What's more important is time that is known as the little dash inbetween.

My bro has them..... they have a light swish, but not bad... probably similar or maybe even quieter than my Sitka coldfronts ish.... if you are familiar with those.
My buddy had the Kuiu Yukons with him this year in Wyoming.... pretty awesome. Not too noisy, maybe similar or more quiet than chugach.... BUT, you can vent the whole leg with a side zip. Pretty awesome pants and probably in my future to replace my coldfronts.
