That is a very interesting bullet. It is like the Winchester 9x23 non-expanding Soft Point. Without flutes in the jacket that bullet will flatten on a steel target without coming apart...

I have seen a 125 grain 9mm non-expanding HP bullet that is for competition but can not remember who makes it...

...was originally going to say it looked like a Hornady ojive...and it was...

HAP...

The bullet that this one replaced was the 124 FMJ-TC that was originally designed for the Air Force...it was THE best shootig bullet I ever used in the Super...

Well damn, i was hoping they would expand as they shoot very very well in my gun and get great speeds.

I don't think that's the same bullet. A buddy of mine is using the HAP bullets, and they don't look like that 38 Super load linked above. Hornady's picture doesn't really look like them either. They look more like a Nosler or Sierra competition bullet, with a hollow point for accuracy, not designed for expansion.

I had not really looked at the bullet pictured on Atlanta Arms website, but what's shown is not what I have as mine are definitely skived.

I called the friend I bought them from and he says these have 125gr Zero JHP'S in them.

I have not seen the HAP bullet in person so you are probably correct...

Run one into a line of water jugs and see what happens.. If the bullet stops in jug 2-4 you have a winner...
