Here's a filet I'm just finishing up for a customer that has Jigged Camel bone scales. They are a purple grey that came out really good. The Fillet is elmax with a nice medium flex and a great 12 1/4 OAL. 7 1/2 blade.

laughing, yeah that fillet is a handy pattern and everyone who's handled one says they work well. I have several guys who use them as boning knives as well especially on large critters like elk and moose.
