Hey guys,

Will be heading To New Brunswick CA this coming it June tondonsme bear hUniting and trout fishing. I plan for n using ultra light tackle but may bring my fly rod as well. Anyone have any lure suggestions or color patterns? Black inline spinners Work great on brookies
Around Here. Hoping they like them the same as n CA. I would assume that hoppers crickets and terrestrials will work for flies. Any advice you may have is great!

just now seeing this post. welcome to the 'fire.
I fished interior Labrador many years ago, we had luck on large mosquito patterns and mouse patterns. The lodge we were at advertised a 5 lb average on brook trout. We caught some nice ones (all C&R), but the catch was, they did not weigh fish under 2 lbs., in order to claim a 5 lb avg. Our largest was around 8 lbs IIRC.
Enjoy!!!
