I know I can search U tube but I need a little refresher before I get the tools out and the trigger gauge. Just want them to hover around 3#'s.

You will be able to lighten the pull somewhat by backing the two adjusting nuts away from the trigger spring so the spring has a bit less compression. This is not the ideal way to make the adjustment, as the factory trigger springs are fairly stiff and often you don't lighten the pull enough before you actually are backing completely away from the spring. Switching to a lighter spring and leaving the adjusting nuts positioned so there is still good compression of the spring is a much better way to go.

Either way will work. The latter way often gives better results.

Good luck!

Justin
